My Chart uses Australia Post's Regular Parcel Delivery service and Express Post service to deliver goods.
My Chart handles postage on Monday and Saturday mornings. Your parcel then becomes the responsibility of Australia Post who aims to deliver regular post within 5-6 working days. If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable amount of time (after you receive a dispatch email) please contact Australia Post. Your parcel is sent in an A3 envelope.
Returns will only be accepted if the product you have received is an incorrect order, or there is a physical default with your chart. If you are extremely dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a resolution.
